The Allowing

We’ve all heard of great ideas coming in whilst showering, because satisfaction creates bliss, which allows receptivity, that creates new, expansive versions of thoughts and ideas which so often are renowned as successful.

What is Satisfaction?

Satisfaction comes from aligning our hearts with our true desires, allowing ourselves to know who we are, embracing new and forgetting about the obstacles in our current circumstances. The “problems” or the structures that we are fixed on from our rational mind/ limited self distance us from our heart but with focus and by igniting your own willpower, life can feel like a success of synchronised bliss instead of utter chaos in a downward spiral. When we master our inner world, the contrast doesn’t send us over the edge, it merely takes us slightly off target and often we can become thankful for the experience, finding the lesson or take away leading to expansion. With this approach we are less reactive to life, feeling our own power and can return to feeling satisfied and appreciative with more ease and grace – simply by choosing to care about the way we feel, we become more powerful creators!

Energy Embodiment

As we step into meditation, yoga, nature, practice that allow us to release tension within our body and minds we come into alignment with satisfaction. Satisfaction is spoken about in so many songs, the famous lyrics “ I can’t get no satisfaction” speaks about souls trying to find that place of bliss from a space of struggle but my friends it's not possible, you cannot create satisfaction from struggle; some helpful methods including releasing the vibration and letting go into realignment.

Tips and Tools on your Journey

Whilst I was writing my chapter for the book “The Sacred Dance” I found moments of pressure, fear and outer judgement swirling in my mind, I continued to realign with my why, the love and true end result of my time. When the emotion becomes too strong people often give up, but the emotion is simply attached to a thought, an old belief and has no TRUE relevance to the present moment.

By making goals, choices and realigning with our intentions we can steer away from procrastination and create on going satisfaction as we reach a deeper sense of curiosity within us. If you’d like to open your heart with me in a space of non judgement , safety and truth through dance, movement and/or intuitive tools I invite to become the true creative spirit that you came to be. And so it is…
