You did It

Now you know what you value. By remembering these three most important words, you can make daily decisions that support and guide you. How does this understanding change your perspective? I would love to hear from you because I love you!

My three words

I value my health. I exercise daily, take supplements, make kombucha, eat greens, and eat very little meat. I eat within a six-hour eating window and very seldom overeat. If snacking, I count my bites and use small dishes. Within these parameters, even though it isn't always easy, I am relaxed and have food freedom.

When I sensed my three words, I put them in this order loving, calm, and healthy. Wow, I spend so much time staying healthy, and I discovered that being loving and calm is even more important to me! 'Healthy' was third on my list, which put my health regimen into perspective. I am so happy to have these guiding principles to understand what means the most to me. Now, I make life-giving decisions aligned with my higher purpose.

An expression of love

A 49-year-old female client was facing an 'empty nest' and was wondering what her new purpose should be. She was exceptionally talented and had several areas of interest. In a hypnosis session, I repeatedly asked, "What is more important?" She answered each question sincerely and realized she was profoundly 'an expression of love.' She instantly felt happy and close to God with this new understanding and realized any choice for her future Path would be fulfilling.

Love became her motivation

I met a 50-year-old woman at a network meeting. She expressed frustration that she could not book clients, perhaps because she had a strong and reactive demeanor. I suggested that she say, "Love, love, love" before each email was sent, a phone call was made, or handshake was extended. The suggestion pulled her out of her funk and into a state of wonder and excitement. She realized she does love how her work helps others and could extend love to her potential clients. Her business is thriving now because of LOVE!

With Love,
