We begin by clearing the mind through meditation or writing to bring ourselves into a calm state of awareness. Free-flow writing, without allowing thoughts to interrupt, becomes a powerful practice. When done consistently, this practice opens the doorway to channeling.

What is channeling?

Channeling is the process of receiving energy or information to provide insight, often in a meditative state. This can come through in different ways, writing, art, music, and more. For me, it comes through writing.

To be a channel is to be a bridge between the seen and the unseen.

Bridging mind, body, and spirit

These practices help bridge mental health, mindfulness, and spirituality, offering both grounding and growth. They create a space where inner awareness and spiritual connection can coexist and support one another.

Channeling in practice

During my sessions with clients, whether one-on-one or in a group setting, I channel messages for spiritual or personal insight. These messages are meant to support, guide, and bring clarity to each person’s unique experience.

Understanding the spiritual team

I often speak of a “spiritual team”, a connection that may include your angels, ancestors, the divine, or spirit guides. However it resonates for you, and whatever aligns with your beliefs, this is the support system I am referring to.

They offer messages and insights that usually relate directly to your current situation.

The purpose of channeled messages

These messages are not here to predict the future, but to offer enlightenment and guidance. I always say, “Take what resonates and leave the rest.”

Channeling as a source of connection

Channeling creates a deeper connection between the spiritual and physical self. It allows for a sense of clarity, encouragement, and affirmation to come through in a way that feels both supportive and grounding.

Being open to receiving messages in this way can offer meaningful insight and a deeper understanding of oneself.

Holding space for guidance

During my circles or private sessions, I like to channel messages for my clients as a form of guidance or encouragement, holding space for them to receive what they need in that moment.

This work is, at its core, about connection, within yourself and to something greater.
