Arianne Ortiz, Ayurvedic Specialist and Intuitive Healer Expert

Who is Arianne Ortiz?

Arianne Ortiz is an Ayurvedic Specialist and Intuitive Healer expert dedicated to supporting others on their healing journey. She is the founder of The Art of Healing, EF, a holistic wellness company that provides Ayurvedic Medicine modalities and Intuitive Healing work.

Arianne’s mentorship and knowledge bridge the gap in how we can heal in modern times, when so many imbalances are placed before us daily. Her innovative approach enables her to integrate ancient wisdom into modern living, creating sustainable results.

What inspired you to create The Art of Healing and why did you choose intuitive healing + Ayurveda as your medium?

I have known I was highly intuitive since childhood, and I often sensed what others needed to support themselves. Intuitive healing came naturally to me. Ayurveda came later, almost like a whisper from my soul. I’ve always felt drawn to ancient wisdom, and when Ayurveda appeared, I knew I had to honor that calling.

I leaned into my intuition to guide my own healing journey. The more I leaned into it, the deeper my experience and knowledge became. My personal experience ignited my passion of supporting others, watching their “glow” come back even brighter than before, and the heaviness leaving their faces is beyond an honor to witness.

What unique training, life experience or spiritual insight sets you apart from other holistic practitioners?

I have over 20 years of intuitive healing experience, Reiki healing, and a Master’s in Ayurveda with an innate ability to feel and read energy, but what truly sets me apart is how I combine these gifts to create a personalized wellness journey for each client. I have worked with mentors who are considered elders to learn from wisdom and not just textbooks.

Going through my own healing journey, where I had to dive deep into limiting beliefs, how my imbalances were showing up, and having complete honesty with myself brought out a vulnerability that became my greatest gift.

My process isn’t just about healing, it’s about education and empowerment. I teach clients how to tune into their intuition and how to listen to the whispers of their body before imbalance becomes illness. My goal is to help them understand what’s already within them.

Who is your ideal client – what are they struggling with and what do they most want to achieve?

My ideal client is anyone ready to honor themselves and step into their highest good, ready to do the work. Most of my clients come to me with chronic stress that’s showing up in different ways; they want to achieve stress relief and learn how to better listen to their body to support their mind. Some clients are not sure what they want to achieve, they just know they need change, and that’s where I hone in on my Intuitive work.

Can you walk us through your signature process: how someone goes from “stuck” to “thriving” when they work with you?

When working with clients, my process begins with deep listening to their stories, energy, and lived experiences. I explore where they feel blocked, mentally, emotionally, or physically, and start gently peeling back layers.

I begin by establishing simple morning routines aligned with their Ayurvedic dosha and energy makeup. From there, I guide them through Ayurvedic and intuitive cleanses using grounding techniques, EFT/TFT tapping, breathwork, and chakra balancing.

As they shift, we go deeper, exploring self-talk, integrating meditations, and refining lifestyle choices. We celebrate every step, every aha moment. They begin to thrive when they become fully aware of their mind-body connection, which is obtained through Ayurvedic and Intuitive healing modalities.

I remind clients, healing isn’t linear, it’s a journey of remembering your power.

What are the most common challenges or blocks your clients face before they come to you–and how do you guide them through those?

Some common challenges or blocks are limiting beliefs and fear. Many of my clients have been taught to ignore their intuition or conform to expectations. That disconnect creates an imbalance.

I use intuitive and Ayurvedic tools to help them reconnect with safety and trust within their own body. We work with the mind-body connection, food as medicine, breathwork, and energy awareness to restore harmony. It’s not about avoiding challenges, it’s about learning to move through them with grace.

What real-world transformations have your clients achieved as a result of your work?

I’ve seen clients step into their soul’s purpose, embodying their most radiant selves. Some have overcome deep-seated stress patterns that can be paralyzing when triggers show up. One client who was told she could never conceive went on to have a healthy baby after working with Ayurvedic modalities.

I emphasize that true success isn’t always physical. It’s when my clients begin to feel whole again, when they laugh freely, love deeply, and trust their intuition. That’s when they’re truly thriving, and that is what I have seen in clients who have worked with me.

How do you ensure your own growth and keep your intuitive channel strong so that your clients always receive your highest level of support?

Self-care is non-negotiable! I listen to my body when something feels off and honor what I need to restore balance. I have a wonderful support team of family, mentors, spiritual community, and spirit team that help keep me grounded. My family, especially, works together to support daily life and hold space for self-care/self-love practices.

To hold space for others, I must first be that space for myself, it’s an ongoing practice of love and balance.

What are some of the biggest misconceptions people have about intuitive healing or Ayurveda – and how do you help them move past those?

The biggest misconception with my intuitive work is that people sometimes think intuitive healing means I can ‘read’ their energy anytime, which isn’t true. I work only with permission and in the highest good. I maintain boundaries and integrity so my clients always feel safe. As much as I love my purpose work, I am a strong believer in work/life balance, and I gift that to myself.

As for Ayurveda, many believe it is a quick fix that fully heals all imbalances, a promise that what they want to achieve will be achieved. Ayurveda doesn’t promise to ‘heal’ everything. It supports balance, and balance looks different for everyone. Sometimes healing means peace, not perfection.

What should someone do if they’re ready to work with you – what’s the next step, and why is now the right time to reach out?

I encourage anyone who is ready to book a comprehensive consultation with me. It’s the foundation of their personalized journey, their blueprint for healing and transformation.

And as for timing? If this message has found you, that’s your sign. The longer you wait, the further you drift from alignment. Now is always the right time to choose yourself.
