Ara's journey into shamanic practice began with a transformative trip to India in 2010. This experience sparked a profound personal growth journey, during which she discovered the lasting and deeply transformative impact of spiritual practices. Immersing herself in ancient traditions and healing modalities, Ara gradually embraced shamanism as a path to inner wisdom, connection, and holistic healing. Through her studies and practice, she has cultivated a rich understanding of energy medicine, soul retrieval, ancestral healing, and nature-based wisdom traditions.

Adina Andronic, Shamanic Practitioner
Who is Adina Andronic?
Adina Andronic is a seasoned business professional whose career spans over three decades, multiple industries, and several countries. Her path has been rich with corporate roles, strategic challenges, and global experiences.
But beneath the surface of boardrooms and business plans, a deeper calling was quietly unfolding. Throughout her journey, the most profound insight she has gained is that inner work and self-awareness are the true keys to thriving not just professionally, but in life.
And that, no matter where we are on the planet, cultivating balance and happiness begins within.
What led you to the path of shamanic healing, and how did it change your life?
In shamanic terms, Adina is a dreamer and a Heyoka, a sacred contrarian, healer, and mirror.
While this realization didn’t come overnight, her initiation began unexpectedly. While living in Canada, she came across a one-year shamanic practitioner program advertised in a local newspaper. Curious, she reached out for more information. That night, she had a vivid dream: a bird touched her hand with its beak, sending a lightning-like strike through her body. The next morning, she received the program leaflet and there, printed on the page, was the exact bird from her dream.
At the time, she had no idea that a thunder strike, whether in waking life or in dreams, is a traditional sign of shamanic calling. But the synchronicity was undeniable. It marked the beginning of a spiritual journey that would transform her understanding of life, leadership, and healing.
How would you describe shamanic healing to someone who’s never experienced it before?
Shamanic healing is one of the oldest spiritual practices known to humanity, an ancient wisdom tradition developed by our ancestors across cultures and continents.
At its core, it recognizes that illness begins in the spirit. Whether physical, emotional, or mental, every form of dis-ease is seen as a manifestation of imbalance or fragmentation within the soul.
This fragmentation often occurs during traumatic or deeply distressing experiences. In these moments of overwhelm, parts of the soul may separate as a way to cope with a phenomenon known in shamanic terms as soul loss.
While we may believe that time heals all wounds, the truth is that unresolved trauma lingers. The forgotten memories of these events remain imprinted in our energy field, subtly influencing our thoughts, emotions, and even our physical health.
Through drumming and journeying, and connection with nature and spirit allies, the shamanic healing method helps people reclaim those lost parts of themselves, release stagnant energies, and restore harmony, allowing true healing to unfold.
What kind of transformation can clients expect after working with you?
The Heyoka medicine can be as subtle as it is powerful. I learned this the hard way through life’s paradoxes, unexpected reactions, and moments of profound transformation. Yet, I am deeply grateful for this gift and how it has stirred me to the core, while also gently guiding my life.
In the shamanic tradition, we speak of this world as the "world upside down," a reflection, not the true reality. Over time, I’ve come to understand this as a metaphor for the conscious versus the subconscious, and how the unseen layers of our psyche shape our lives more than we realize.
Even before I consciously embraced the Heyoka path, I was already walking it. I often found myself in situations where ordinary words or thoughts would unexpectedly touch people at their deepest core. I was unknowingly tapping into their subconscious energy, triggering reactions that revealed hidden truths and emotions.
In the Heyoka language, my medicine challenges norms, reflects truths through contrast, and brings healing through disruption. It is not always comfortable, but it is always transformative. It invites people to see differently, feel deeply, and awaken to parts of themselves they may have forgotten.
Why do you believe reconnecting with lost soul fragments is so important for healing?
By addressing the spiritual root of suffering, rather than treating symptoms alone, shamanic healing seeks to restore harmony at the deepest level. This healing method is not just about recovery; it is about reconnection with ourselves, with nature, and with the deeper rhythms of life.
Who can benefit most from your shamanic sessions and programs?
A first condition for the healing to be effective is for the client to be willing and open to being healed. Having said that, the person who comes for a healing session walks into a sacred space, where the most compassionate and authentic help is available and ready to get to work.
Can you share a powerful breakthrough a client experienced through your work?
One of the most powerful breakthroughs I witnessed came from one of my very first clients. During our session, deep ancestral patterns began to surface, specifically, a recurring theme of watching weight gain within her family lineage.
A few months after our session, she called me with tears of joy. After years of trying and never conceiving, she was pregnant for the first time.
This first experience has taught me so much of the power of shamanic healing: it opens doors we didn’t know were locked.

What role does intuition play in your healing process with clients?
The shamanic tradition talks about being a "hollow bone". This is a deeply sacred concept that refers to being a clear, ego-free channel through which what we can call intuition can flow, and the most in-depth and effective healing can occur.
Tell us more about your 1-Year Shamanic Practitioner Program. Who is it for?
This program is designed for those who feel called to explore the deeper layers of healing, not just as recipients, but as active participants in their own transformation. Whether you're a healer, seeker, or simply curious about the spiritual roots of wellness, this journey offers a grounded and experiential path into shamanic practice.
I’ve always appreciated transparency in healing, like when a doctor or dentist explains the procedure before it begins. That same clarity is what I found when I began my shamanic journey through this one-year program. It allowed me to understand the process of healing from the inside out, and to engage with it consciously and intentionally.
One of the most important aspects of shamanic healing is integration. After a session, there is a unique period different for each individual where the healing begins to settle and weave into everyday life. This program honors that rhythm, offering tools, teachings, and support to help participants integrate their experiences and embody the wisdom they uncover.
How do your group sessions foster a deeper sense of connection and transformation?
In my experience, one of the most important aspects of a shamanic healing journey is the “rewiring” of the information received. Healing doesn’t end when the session does; it continues as the insights unfold, integrate, and reshape the way we live and perceive ourselves.
Group sessions offer a unique space for this integration. They foster a collective field of energy where individual journeys begin to intertwine, revealing shared patterns, mirrored experiences, and unexpected connections.
Often, the group insights and sharings help participants unwrap deeper layers of meaning from their own journeys. What one person voices may unlock something profound for another. This shared reflection creates a sense of belonging, resonance, and mutual transformation.
In these circles, healing becomes not just personal, it becomes communal, amplified, and sacred.
What’s the first step someone should take if they feel called to this kind of healing?
If you feel drawn to this path, the first step is simple yet profound: Set an intention for healing.
This act alone begins to stir the energy. You may be surprised, just as I was the first time, to notice that the healing process often begins before the session is even booked.
The moment you consciously invite healing into your life, something shifts. The intention sends a signal to your subconscious, to Spirit, and to the unseen forces that support your growth.
