If this question seems strange to you, don’t worry, it’s completely normal. And now I’ll explain more about it. Art therapy is a proven psychological approach. And neurographics, the method I practice and teach as a certified and certified instructor, goes even further in its applications and results achieved.

Neurographica or neurographics – the Russian transcription of the word, comes from “neuron” and “drawing”. Through neurographics we map our new neural connections that are responsible for our new positive habits, mindset, attitude, impressions and attitude. When we change our impressions, we activate our mirror neurons and begin to manifest the desired goals and these benefits:

  • To release ourselves from stress and tension

  • Let us think more positively

  • To have more clarity about what we want in our lives

  • To be more aware and connected to ourselves

  • To be open to positive change

  • To believe more in our strengths, unlock our full potential and vibrate at the frequency of our goals, dreams, and desires

  • We begin with intention and awareness to create our own reality

Anyone can draw neurographs – no special skills and training are required

You need a desire, something to draw with – a pencil, a marker, a fine-liner… and a piece of paper. In neurographica, there are 8 basic steps that we follow in a specific sequence to get the desired results and transformations. In the courses I teach, we study all the steps in detail and draw different practices for achieving goals, harmonizing relationships, managing time, removing limitations, etc. If you are interested, click on COURSES right now and take a look.

The benefits you can get are on multiple levels:

  1. Light and pleasant, creative method of positive change. By drawing you release stress and transform different aspects of your life.

  2. Wide application – the spectrum of topics is practically unlimited.

  3. Results that you can feel even during the neurographic drawing – reduction of tension and stress, gaining clarity and awareness, new ideas and changes in circumstances and situations.

  4. Transformation of 7 levels of consciousness and subconsciousness.

  5. Activation of creative thinking and the right hemisphere of the brain.

The right hemisphere is responsible for creativity and the big picture in life.

Give this wonderful method a chance to work for you. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them. Contact me to talk about your transformation and to share with you the practices: m.me/DeniHolistic
