Many women begin a healing journey because something in life feels painful, stuck, or unfulfilled. But over time, that journey often becomes something much deeper. It becomes a path of reclaiming your power, awakening your gifts, and creating a life that feels truly aligned with your soul.

Looking back on my own journey, there are six practices that have been especially transformative in helping me heal, step into my intuition, and manifest the experiences I once longed for, including my soulmate relationship, life purpose work, my dream home, and a life that feels deeply fulfilling.

While these practices come from my personal experience, they are not just my path. They are foundations you can begin working with in your own life, starting exactly where you are.

My healing journey

There was a period in my life when I felt heartbroken, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the life I truly wanted.

I knew something needed to change, but I also knew that change wasn’t going to come from just wishing things were different. It required healing, consistency, and a willingness to come back to myself again and again.

Over the last several years, I have focused on specific areas of inner work that helped me move from feeling stuck and unfulfilled to feeling more in love with life, more connected to myself, and more open to receiving what I deeply desired.

These are the same areas I return to again and again, both in my own life and in the work I guide my clients through.

1. Energy self-care

One of the most foundational shifts I made was learning to care for my energy intentionally.

As an empathic and sensitive woman, I realized that my energy affected everything. When I felt drained or overwhelmed, life felt heavy. When I felt grounded and clear, life began to open.

So, I committed to daily energy care.

I created a morning ritual that grounded and centered me. I used practices like meditation, gratitude, and intention-setting to shift my energy and emotional state. I also began clearing my energy throughout the day and becoming more protective of what I allowed into my space.

This was one of the biggest turning points in my healing.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, this is a powerful place to begin. You don’t need to change everything at once, simply start by bringing more awareness to your energy each day. Even a few intentional minutes in the morning to ground yourself and set the tone for your day can begin to shift how you feel, and over time, those small moments of care create a deeper sense of stability, clarity, and inner alignment that naturally starts to reflect in your life.

2. Learning to listen to your intuition

Another major shift was learning how my intuition actually works.

I came to understand that creating a new life isn’t just about effort, it’s about co-creation. We are constantly being guided, but many of us aren’t used to listening.

So, I began making space to tune inward.

I developed a relationship with my intuition, my guides, and the Divine. I started paying attention to the subtle nudges, the quiet inner knowing, and the guidance that didn’t always make logical sense, but felt aligned.

The more I listened, the more life began to flow.

If you feel unsure of your next step, it may not be because you’re lost, it may be because you’re not yet used to trusting what you already know. Creating even small pockets of quiet, reflection, or journaling can help you begin reconnecting with your inner guidance. Learning about your intuitive senses and how to listen to them is invaluable. Over time, as you follow the intuitive guidance that comes to you, your path becomes clearer, not because you forced it, but because you allowed yourself to be guided.

3. Healing the chakra system

As I deepened my healing, I began working with my chakra system.

I started to see how different areas of my life were connected to energetic imbalances, my sense of safety, my voice, my self-worth, my ability to receive.

Instead of trying to fix everything externally, I began understanding where I was blocked internally.

As I worked to balance and heal my chakras, I experienced profound shifts in my energy. That healing began to ripple outward into my relationships, my confidence, and my overall sense of ease.

If something in your life feels stuck, there is often an energetic layer to explore. Learning some basics about your chakra system and how to balance it can start to create movement in your life. When you begin working with your energy instead of against it, life tends to open in ways that feel more natural and supportive.

4. Doing deeper emotional healing

After building a stronger energetic foundation, I began going deeper.

This included inner child work, releasing limiting beliefs, shadow work, and looking more honestly at the patterns I had been carrying around love, worthiness, and what I believed was possible for me.

Some of the most transformative work came from reclaiming parts of myself I had suppressed like my voice, my boundaries, and my truth.

This level of healing wasn’t always easy, but it helped me shift patterns at the root instead of continuing to struggle with them on the surface.

If you find yourself repeating the same experiences or emotional patterns, it’s often an invitation to look deeper. Rather than trying to fix the external situation, you might gently ask what belief, wound, or unmet need is underneath it. When you’re willing to meet yourself at that level, real and lasting change becomes possible.

5. Building self-love

One of the most important pieces of my journey has been developing a deeper relationship with myself.

Not in a surface-level way, but in how I treated myself, what I allowed, and what I believed I was worthy of receiving.

As I began valuing myself more, everything started to shift. I raised my standards in relationships and friendships. I made choices that reflected a deeper level of self-respect. I stopped settling for less than what felt aligned.

And as I did that, my external life began to reflect that internal change.

If you’re not experiencing what you desire in your life, it can be powerful to gently explore your relationship with yourself. Where might you be settling, overgiving, or not fully honoring your needs? Self-love is not just a concept, it’s something you practice through your choices. And those choices, over time, shape the life you experience.

6. Practicing conscious manifestation

The final piece was learning how to intentionally co-create my life.

I began setting clear intentions and using practices like journaling, manifestation meditations, and working with moon cycles to stay connected to what I wanted to create. But what I discovered is that manifestation isn’t just about desire, it’s about alignment.

It’s about bringing your energy, your beliefs, and your actions into harmony with what you’re calling in.

Whenever I want to create something new in my life, I still return to this framework, checking in with my energy, listening to my intuition, noticing what needs healing, and reconnecting with my intentions.

If something you desire isn’t unfolding yet, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re doing something wrong. It may simply be an invitation to come back into alignment, within your energy, your beliefs, or the way you’re showing up. When those pieces begin to come together, manifestation often feels less like effort and more like a natural unfolding.

Commit to the process

None of the transformations and manifestations I have experienced in my life happened overnight.

There were times I fell out of rhythm, felt discouraged, or questioned the process, but I kept coming back to these areas of healing. And that consistency made all the difference.

Even when it feels slow, even when it feels imperfect, staying connected to your healing and growth creates change in ways you may not immediately see, but will eventually feel.

Seek aligned support

There were also times when I needed support. Working with coaches, healers, and mentors helped me see what I couldn’t yet see on my own. But what mattered most was choosing support that honored my intuition rather than replacing it.

If you feel called to receive support, trust that instinct, but also trust yourself in choosing who feels aligned. The right guidance will help you come back to your own inner knowing, not pull you away from it.

A soul-fulfilling life

Looking back, I can see that the life I have today wasn’t created through one single breakthrough.

It was created through layers of healing, alignment, and a commitment to returning to myself again and again.

These six practices became my foundation, and they are the same practices you can begin working with in your own life.

Because creating a soul-fulfilling life isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about healing, awakening, and remembering who you already are.

A supportive next step

If you feel called to begin this journey, you don’t have to do it all at once.

A beautiful place to start is with my free Magical Morning Rituals mini-course, a gentle introduction to daily practices that help you ground your energy, reconnect with yourself, and begin shifting how you feel each day.

And if you’re ready to go deeper, into releasing blocks, strengthening your intuition, and aligning your energy with the life you truly want to create, I invite you into my course Heal and Align: Release Your Blocks and Come Into Your Power. This is where these concepts become real, lived transformation through practices you can return to again and again on your journey.

Because your life doesn’t change from one insight. It changes when you begin to embody the work.
