Manifestation Breakdown – The Steps behind “How do they do it?”


When I first heard the term manifestation – I had Webster's definition "to create" however, I had no idea what it really entailed - the how, why, what… Or even where these answers came from.

The word Manifestation is thrown around a lot in the coaching world, slapped on the covers of books and gives mysterious context to movie titles written in fine print. THOUGH WHAT IS IT REALLY 🤔?


An important thing to note here is that a person definition of a word goes only as far as their experience with said word - in other words their filters *(internal representation system) **our perception our 5 senses take in 11billion bits of information per second and the human brain is only able to process 134 bits of that information per second 🤯 so in order to handle the load the brain generalizes, deletes & distorts the information based on past experiences, learned behaviour, insights, values, wants & needs creating a picture of ____, that is OUR internal representation or meaning for ____.


Most all have heard to manifest you must think positive thoughts! ‘Just think positive and it will happen’… Yes, and there is more


The (SECRET) to ACTUAL MANIFESTATION is...


ALIGNMENT between your conscious goal (desired outcome & behavior) & unconscious values (true motivation & actual behavior) I know you all are dying to know the process?!?! This concept baffled me at first how could my unconscious value change at a moment’s notice when I have had the same goal for 10 years? The values of the unconscious mind are what you consider most important RIGHT NOW in the present moment.


Here’s how to elicit your unconscious values for any particular goal:


Value Elicitation

  • Take a few deep breaths

    • (grounding & connecting meditation https://youtu.be/YuhGNLtltXc)

  • Invite your intuition to join you for support

  • State your goal (out loud or in your head)

  • Ask “what’s important to me about __goal___?

  • And without thinking write the first things that come to your mind

  • Ask “what else?” 5-7x

  • Then read the list of words trusting your unconscious mind number them in order of greatest importance to least

Once you have all the values numbered rewrite in order your top 5 values. This will give you a clear picture of what your true motivators are around your goal.


What I found when I did this exercise were qualities I would have never thought to be me – like when my money goal was motivated by fame – when I am extremely introverted and was solely focused on security, so do not be surprised if you have words come out that make you want to think. Write everything down and TRUST your unconscious.


MANIFESTATION PROCESS

  • THOUGHT - that genius idea 💡 .... next

  • EMOTION - once you have the thought, affirmation, idea, spark of inspiration you must anchor it to a positive emotion that is toward motivated (forward momentum in the unconscious mind)- the more positive the emotion, *joy, abundance, love the higher the vibration

    • I.e.) (toward) Thought “I deserve a faerie” “It would feel so exhilarating to drive that faerie, that car is the greatest gift I could give myself…”

    • Vs. (away from) – Thought “I desire a faerie” “But what would people say if I bought one? if they saw me driving it?” “It would be selfish of me to own a car that expensive”

This is huge and a big place most get stuck, when your motivation is aligned the higher your vibration. When you live from a place of gratitude, abundance, joy, love, you are able to continue forward. When the conscious and unconscious are out of alignment where you are blaming, shaming, judging, justifying … you – your unconscious mind throws it out back into thought & it becomes a “pipe dream” or non-existent.

  • MENTAL – after thought is connected to an emotion a mental plan begins to form – the minds to-do list of what it will take to achieve ____ desired outcome. BRAINSTORMING, open to all ideas & possibilities **this is rapid-fire

    • I personally got stuck here most – wanting to give every item VIP treatment and I ran myself into the ground repeatedly from myself not feeling valued – Since releasing my limiting belief of being unworthy – this step is my most valuable. I now am able to make fast decisions that are aligned with me.


  • PHYSICAL - MOST IMPORTANT You must ACT toward your goal, toward what you are manifesting. Where do you get your inspired action steps FROM YOUR INTUTION! This step is important in so many ways – showing up for you is KEY to have trust between the conscious & unconscious mind building confidence, reinforcing positive neurological connections & living in your genius. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION creating tangible results (i.e., That faerie parked in your driveway versus in your dreams)


Simple right? Absolutely it is though not always easy. So, my final tip when you find yourself stuck, resistant, beating yourself up or down right pissed! ASK YOURSELF – What does this represent? AND CELEBRATE THE ANSWER knowing you are gaining awareness which allows for change & growth driving momentum to the next right step.
