Wolfe Lanier
Communication, Public Speaking, and Voice Coach
Wolfe Lanier is a public speaking and communication coach, voice researcher, and educator specializing in performance anxiety, stage fright, executive presence, and authentic communication. With a background in musical theatre, he began his career as a performer before moving into communication coaching, where he discovered that most people are not held back by a lack of knowledge or ideas, but by fear, self-doubt, and a disconnect from their own voice.
He later completed a Master’s in Voice Studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where his research focused on the voice as the center of identity and the concept of vocal congruence — why people often feel like they don’t sound like themselves in high-pressure speaking situations. His work now sits at the intersection of voice, psychology, leadership, and communication.
Wolfe has worked with professionals and teams from organizations including Google, Goldman Sachs, Zoom, and Deloitte, and has supported TEDx speakers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives in developing confident, clear, and authentic communication. He helps clients manage performance anxiety, improve vocal presence, communicate with authority, and speak effectively in high-stakes environments such as presentations, interviews, leadership communication, and public speaking.
Through his coaching, writing, and workshops, Wolfe helps people find their voice, trust their ideas, and communicate in a way that is clear, confident, and genuinely their own.
