Vallery is a wellness and culinary chef, author, and speaker with expertise in health, nutrition, and cultural projects. Her professional journey is rooted in sociology, mental health, and event management, and shaped by her passion for food, community, and well-being. Over the years, she has combined these fields into a unique career that bridges culinary creativity with health education and experiential events.
Growing up in an environment where farming, cooking, and shared meals were part of daily life, Vallery developed an early appreciation for the connection between food, culture, and wellness. She expanded this foundation through her academic studies in sociology, with a focus on health and inclusion, and gained practical experience in sports coaching, gastronomy, and leading wellness travel programs. Her international background continues to influence her approach to well-being, combining insights from diverse cultures with hands-on culinary expertise.
Her upcoming cookbook, Wave Food, reflects these combined influences. Inspired by the Blue Zone lifestyle in Sardinia, it offers recipes, stories, and practical guidance to show how food can fuel energy, mood, and longevity. Beyond writing, Vallery regularly speaks on topics such as nutrition, wellness, and community health, while also curating events that bring people together through food and culture. Vallery’s mission is to inspire healthier, more connected lifestyles by highlighting the role of food not only as nourishment, but also as a way to foster joy, resilience, and community.
