Ursula is an expert in digital organization and part of the knowledge industry, teaching small to medium size business owners how to regain control of their social media presence and the digital side of their business administration systems.
 
As the creator of the IG OrganiSZer® system, Ursula has over 30 years of experience in organizing the digital world that we are all part of. She teaches her systems through self-paced online courses, in combination with weekly Q&A sessions to answer student questions in person.
 
Using online teaching is the most effective way to reach as many small business owners as possible, helping restore their confidence in using and managing their digital media.
 
Ursula also offers one-on-one sessions where she analyses her clients' systems, or lack thereof and creates a personalized system for each client, giving them guidelines on how to manage their electronic filing and administration going forward.
 
Ursula obtained her MBA from the Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa and has gained her wealth of organizational experience through working in a variety of industries and positions, including being an analyst in financial investment, a bid writer in commercial construction, a property valuer, a shopping centre manager and an IT project manager, to mention a few. She could not have performed any of these roles efficiently if her digital organizational skills had not evolved and expanded with each role.
 
Even though she's a bit of a geek, Ursula is a lover of people and passionate about helping business owners become more efficient with the time they spend at their computers promoting their own businesses because after all, we all know that time wasted is also money wasted.
