Tundie Berczi

Wellbeing & Neuroscience Coach

Tundie is a Wellbeing & Neuroscience Coach who is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations reduce stress, build resilience, and enhance mental clarity. With over a decade in the corporate world, she understands the relentless pressure to perform and the toll it takes on wellbeing. Her approach blends modern neuroscience with ancient breathwork, meditation, and holistic therapies, offering powerful solutions for those seeking balance and long-term transformation.

She holds a Cognitive Neuroscience & Neuropsychology MSc, is certified as a Pranayama Breathwork Teacher, Sound Healing Therapist, Neuroscience Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) practitioner. Her journey led her from the corporate world to India, where she trained under Himalayan Yogi and Ayurvedic doctor Sanjeev Pandey. This experience deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection, shaping the way she now supports others.

Through corporate wellbeing workshops, therapy coaching, and breathwork courses, Tundie helps people shift from overwhelm to clarity, from stress to calm, and from burnout to sustainable energy. Whether working with organisations or individuals, her sessions combine science-backed techniques with ancient wisdom to promote deep transformation.

Her mission is simple - helping people move beyond survival mode and into a state of true wellbeing, where they can think clearly, perform better, and live a better life in harmony. Reach out to see how I can support you.
