Trish Calhoun
Systemic Completion Coach and Founder
Trish Calhoun is a Systemic Completion Coach and the founder of Put It Down, a practice for professionals who are highly self-aware, have tried everything, and are quietly starting to think they're the problem. They're not. Most modalities work on the individual. Trish works on what the individual is carrying. Her method draws on systemic constellation training and a career that has always lived at the intersection of human behavior and complex systems. She served eight years as a Signal Corps officer in the U.S. Army before moving into the private sector, where she spent over ten years in R&D Strategy and Operations at a global enterprise software company — leading transformation initiatives inside one of the largest technology organizations in the world. What she observed across every role — military, corporate, coaching — is that the patterns holding people back are rarely personal failures. They're completions that never happened. Loyalties to systems older than the person carrying them. Strategies that worked once and never got a proper ending. Put It Down is built around that insight. The work is not therapy, not traditional coaching, and not spiritual bypass. It's a structured process for identifying what's actually in the way — and finishing it. Trish is based in Raleigh, NC and writes about professional patterns, organizational systems, and the quiet cost of leaving things unfinished.
