Trevor Bird is the founder of Making Sense of Inner Conflict, an Executive and Personal Development Coach, and a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner. A well-known advocate of self-leadership, he supports individuals in understanding who they are and where their current patterns originate. He gives clients the tools to listen to their internal experiences and make decisions from a place of clarity instead of reactivity.
 
Trevor believes that each person is an intricate mosaic of multiple parts, each representing different desires, needs, and roles. From personal experience, he understands the challenge of discerning one's truth amidst inner conflict. His background is that of a successful entrepreneur and celebrity chef, owning restaurants and developing product lines. Despite achieving the life he had planned and worked hard for, he felt unhappy and isolated. Like many, he repressed his inner conflicts to remain functional. Trevor quickly recognized he was not alone in carrying hidden burdens while maintaining a facade of normalcy.
 
Determined to make a change, Trevor began his coaching practice working with entrepreneurs. His practice quickly expanded into executive coaching for high-performance clients, working with men, leading retreats, and teaching IFS courses to therapists and coaches. Trevor’s work has one goal: to develop awareness of who you are so you can lead yourself from a place of authenticity, confidence, and fulfillment.
