Tiffany M. Boyle

Keynote Speaker, Leadership Strategist & Creator of the LEAP Framework

Tiffany M. Boyle is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and creator of the LEAP Framework (Learn, Execute, Adapt, Persevere), a leadership and productivity system that helps teams turn motivation into measurable results. She delivers LEAP through keynotes, workshops, and coaching for corporate teams, HR and L&D leaders, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and student leaders, whose participants report 20–30% productivity gains and 25–40% fewer missed deadlines.

Her approach comes from experience. In 2017, Tiffany became the first African American woman elected Commissioner of the Revenue in Newport News, Virginia, and she has been reelected unopposed in her last two terms. She manages a $2.8 million budget and leads a team of more than 40. She spearheaded the launch of Virginia's first Minority Business Commission, and her "Commissioners and Cans" food-and-fund drive has helped cut food insecurity in Newport News from 17% to under 11%.

As CEO of Emerge Initiatives, LLC, Tiffany gives business owners access to resources, exposure, and hands-on support, from business documentation to brand management. She also co-hosts the Emerge Radio Show & Podcast.

Tiffany is a Harvard Kennedy School alumna (Senior Executives in State and Local Government). She also holds a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University, an M.M. in Non-Profit/Association Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a B.B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan University.

In 2025, she was selected from more than 12,000 nominees as one of NewsNation and Nexstar Media Group's 125 Remarkable Women. Her other honors include Top 40 Under 40, a 2025 Community Builder Award, and Virginia Wesleyan University's Alumni of the Decade.

She serves on the boards of the Access Virginia, Virginia Peninsula Foodbank and the Chrysler Museum of Art.

Most of us have left a great keynote fired up, only to watch that energy disappear by midweek. Here is why it happens, and the simple structure I use to keep goals moving long after the feeling fades.
