Tana Jay von Isser

Empowerment Coach, Hypnotherapist, Visionary

Tana J. von Isser, LCSW, is a Relationship Transformation Coach, Certified Grace Method® Hypnotherapist, and founder of Tonic Wellspring Healing Arts. She is best known for developing the Quantum Neuro-Developmental Integration (QNDI) model, an innovative framework that bridges neuroscience, inner child work, spirituality, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming to facilitate deep, sustainable transformation.

With a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive clinical experience, Tana served as a lead therapist in a premier residential treatment center specializing in trauma and addiction, where she supported individuals navigating complex psychological and relational challenges. Her professional foundation is further enriched by advanced training in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), experiential modalities, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and fascia-informed nervous system regulation.

Tana specializes in working with high-achieving empaths—individuals who are both highly sensitive and exceptionally resilient, often experiencing patterns of self-abandonment, burnout, codependency, or hyper-independence. Her work guides clients from self-erasure and chronic self-sacrifice toward self-allegiance and the development of secure, fulfilling relationships with themselves, others, and their sense of purpose. She believes that making one’s life a masterpiece is an offering to the collective, and that sustainable service must flow from a deeply nourished inner foundation (a cup runneth over).

Between 2022 and 2025, she served more than 300 clients and is widely recognized for facilitating profound breakthroughs within accelerated timeframes. Her thought leadership explores the intersection of neuroscience, identity formation, biophysical development, spirituality, and relational healing, particularly how early experiences shape subconscious worthiness patterns and adult relationship dynamics. She has contributed to university publications, been featured in professional interviews on innovative trauma treatment approaches, and collaborated on multidisciplinary projects integrating somatic healing, expressive arts, and educational innovation.

Informed by her own lived experience navigating complex trauma, ADHD, grief, and recovery, Tana brings both clinical depth and embodied understanding to her work. Her mission is to help individuals move beyond survival patterns into self-trust, relational wholeness, and deeply aligned living.
