Tammy Payne

Business Mindset and Performance Coach

Tammy Payne is an executive coach, speaker, and founder of INTREPiDLI, a mindset and performance-based consultancy for high-achieving leaders, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals who are driven, capable, and look successful on paper; yet feel flat, unfulfilled, or quietly exhausted.

With over 20 years’ experience across large-scale retail, luxury brands, corporate leadership, and business ownership, Tammy brings strong commercial credibility to her work. She has led multi-site operations, overseen hundreds of staff, and trained managers to lead under pressure; developing people, driving performance, and navigating difficult conversations with clarity and authority. She understands the pace, logic, and responsibility of leadership because she has lived it.

This business foundation is paired with a deep fascination with human behaviour: how people make decisions, what drives motivation, and why technically capable leaders still struggle with confidence, fulfilment, or sustainability.

What sets Tammy apart is her ability to bridge the gap between doing and being. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, human behaviour, and embodied leadership. A certified breathwork facilitator, she integrates nervous system regulation, somatic practices, NLP, and traditional coaching to help leaders shift out of chronic stress and over-control, and back into clarity, creativity, and confident decision-making.

Tammy is particularly known for working with high-performing, logic-driven leaders (often ENTJ and similar personality types) who have mastered execution but lost touch with what genuinely inspires them. Many have spent years operating from obligation and responsibility, achieving externally while slowly disconnecting from themselves. They are efficient and dependable, yet no longer lit up by their own lives. They are ready for the next level, but not sure how to access it.

Through executive coaching, corporate workshops, and immersive retreats, Tammy helps leaders make faster, more confident decisions, develop people from a place of genuine care, and build success that endures—professionally, personally, and sustainably. Her philosophy is simple: the best leaders don’t choose between logic and intuition, strength and empathy, or success and fulfilment. They integrate both.

Her mission is to help capable people stop running on empty, reclaim who they are beneath the roles, and lead lives they are genuinely proud to be living.
