My journey has been shaped by love, resilience, and the deep belief that women thrive when they have the right support and community around them. With 20+ years in the corporate HR world, I've seen firsthand how confidence, mindset, and strong relationships can shape success. Now, as a success coach and co-founder of Between Friends, I'm dedicated to helping women step into their full potential personally and professionally. My mum's battle with dementia lit a fire within me, inspiring me to create a space where women can prioritise wellbeing, self-care, and meaningful connections - not just for themselves, but for the people they love. I'm on a mission to build a thriving, uplifting community where women inspire, motivate, and support each other through all of life's seasons. I believe that success isn't just about achievement, it's about joy, purpose, and surrounding yourself with people who lift you higher.
