Stephen Cole
Coach, Speaker & Writer
Stephen Cole is a coach, speaker, writer and founder of TeamWeave. He helps teams build trust, connection and performance through regular team check-ins, a simple yet powerful human-centred practice where people share how they are and what is happening for them.
Drawing on more than two decades of leadership and facilitation experience, Stephen focuses on developing the human skills and culture that shape everyday work. He has taken part in more than 600 check-ins and has seen first-hand how openness and humanity can strengthen the way teams relate, communicate and perform.
Regular team check-ins help teams build a healthy culture together while strengthening core human skills such as listening, authentic communication, empathy and shared leadership. This practical approach does not rely on complex culture change strategies.
Before founding TeamWeave, Stephen led a small Australian engineering consultancy where regular team check-ins were a core part of how the team worked together. Through TeamWeave, he now offers workshops, structured learning programs and the Guide to Team Check-ins for Workplaces.
Stephen is also an engaging keynote speaker. Based in Australia, he works with teams across a range of sectors worldwide who are seeking more human, effective and fulfilling workplaces.
