Stacey Jane
Founder and Life Coach
Stacey Jane is a Self-Leadership Coach, business mentor, and the founder of Stacey Jane Coaching and the Good Girl Gone Bad movement.
She is known for helping capable women and business owners stop betraying themselves and learn how to lead themselves, their life, relationships, and decisions under pressure, with clarity, regulation, and integrity.
Before stepping into coaching, Stacey spent a decade in corporate construction, working her way from retail renovations leading teams of 30+, then estimator to project manager and business development manager, managing multi-million-dollar projects and high-pressure environments.
On paper, she had built the “right” life - career, marriage, house, stability.
But underneath it, she was disconnected, self-abandoning, and operating on autopilot.
Instead of continuing down a path that looked successful but didn’t feel aligned, Stacey made the decisions most people avoid.
She ended her marriage.
Sold her house.
Walked away from corporate.
Not to start over, but to finally start leading herself.
That shift became the foundation of her work.
Today, Stacey specialises in Self-Leadership Under Pressure, helping women and business owners recognise their patterns, regulate their emotions, communicate effectively, and follow through on the decisions they already know they need to make.
Her approach is direct, structured, and grounded in real-world application, not surface-level mindset work. Through her private coaching, Short Courses, Good Girl Gone Bad Academy, Radio show, podcast, workshops and speaking, Stacey teaches people how to:
• Stop looping the same patterns
• Handle pressure without shutting down or reacting
• Lead themselves in relationships, business, and life
• Build self-trust through consistent action
Her philosophy is simple:
You don’t need more information.
You need to become the person who follows through.
Stacey’s work sits at the intersection of mindset, behaviour, and execution — helping women and business owners move from knowing what to do… to actually doing it.
