Simone Eiman is a positive self-worth, emotional well-being and consciousness coach, eternal student, mentor, avid reader and cook, who has been fascinated by the question: “Who am I and why am I here?” Throughout her journey of self-discovery, she has pieced together this puzzle for herself. Since early childhood, she’s always had the deep knowing that she’s here to help people. Not knowing what that entails exactly, the only way she could imagine implementing this calling was to become a doctor.

While she didn’t pursue a medical degree, she pursued a corporate career spanning 25+ years as a business analyst, communications enablement specialist and CRM specialist. But, there was always something missing. During the latter part of her corporate career, she felt stuck, overwhelmed and lacked motivation - like the proverbial square peg in a round hole.

At this stage the conviction and drive that her place and purpose were somewhere else drove her to resign from her corporate job and pursue her soul purpose to inspire, motivate and support people in their journeys to reconnect with their authenticity. Her struggle with poor body image and low self-esteem allowed her to create a coaching framework to help those with similar challenges. The key is to reframe the limiting narratives that we subscribe to. One of her biggest Aha’s in life: “Playing small doesn’t serve me.”

When we realise that we have the power to change our mindset, our openness to different perspectives fuels our growth. Taking the first step to doing things differently requires courage, but knowing you’re not alone motivates you to stretch your comfort zone. True power comes from living authentically and being perfectly YOU.
