Sherrika Sanders

Mentor for Faith-Driven Women

For years, Sherrika Sanders thrived in corporate accounting, leading teams through high-stakes M&As, IPOs, bankruptcies, and organizational transformations. On the surface, she was "successful." Behind the scenes, however, she was overworked, undervalued, and constantly questioning if she truly belonged. No matter how much she delivered, she felt like she had to work twice as hard just to prove she deserved to be in the room.

That breaking point became her turning point. Personal struggles and mental exhaustion forced Sherrika to pause and reevaluate. She realized she had been so busy proving her worth that she had never stopped to own it. Everything shifted when she chose to align her career with her values, her faith, and the life she actually wanted.

Through her journey, Sherrika learned to speak without fear, set boundaries that protected her peace, and position herself for leadership and recognition. Today, she helps other women of faith do the same.

As the founder of Transform the GAAP (Goals Aligned Achieving Purpose), Sherrika equips ambitious wives and mothers in leadership to align their faith, family, and career so they can lead boldly and build a lasting legacy - without burnout or feeling unseen. Her faith-driven strategies empower women to break free from imposter syndrome, develop executive presence, and thrive in both life and career.

Beyond her mentorship, Sherrika extends her impact through her podcast, 'She Leads Boldly', where she shares practical strategies and candid conversations to equip women to rise with courage and clarity. She is also the author of 'When You Know His Name: Discover Identity, Intimacy, and the Power of Prayer Through the Names of God', a powerful resource helping readers deepen their faith and step into their true identity in Christ.

Whether in the boardroom or the prayer room, Sherrika's mission is clear: to remind women that they don't have to choose between faith and fulfillment - they are called to walk boldly in both.
