Shanesia Davis

Dr. Shanesia Davis is the Founder and CEO of U and ME Consulting and the creator of the Leadership Lounge™, a thought leadership platform and podcast dedicated to helping leaders move from performance to presence. With over 15 years of experience as a teacher, principal, district level leader, coach, and strategist, she brings a unique blend of lived experience, academic research, and practical leadership expertise to her work.

Raised in Plainfield, New Jersey, Dr. Davis has led school turnaround efforts, coached systems level leaders, and developed frameworks that center emotional intelligence and equity. Her doctoral research explored the relationship between self esteem and academic achievement among Black and Latino youth, deepening her conviction that leadership must address both personal and systemic dimensions.

Today, Dr. Davis partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to build emotionally intelligent leadership practices that align inner identity with external impact. She designs systems that strengthen trust and accountability while also creating space for reflection and authentic growth. Her signature From Within™ Leadership Journal and Planner provides leaders with practical tools to sustain growth and clarity, and she is currently developing the From Within™ Coaching Guide to help leaders and coaches apply her framework in practice.
