Sebastien Fenelon

Sebastien Fenelon is the Founder and CEO of InthraOS, a privacy-first operating system that brings modern AI to the edge—on devices organizations control. His work focuses on Small Language Models and edge-native pipelines that keep sensitive data local while delivering the speed, auditability, and governance required in regulated environments such as healthcare, defense, and financial services.

Before founding InthraOS, Fenelon built Eclos.io, an AI-enabled portfolio and job application platform, and co-founded E-strateji, an offline-first learning initiative designed for the bandwidth realities of the Caribbean. These projects reflect his broader mission: transforming advanced technology into accessible, compliance-aware products that create real-world value.

Raised in Haiti, Fenelon began experimenting early with design and code—teaching himself graphics, C++, and JavaScript—which shaped a career at the intersection of creativity and engineering. Today, he leads InthraOS across product, security, and partnerships, with an emphasis on consent logging, audit trails, and sovereign deployment models. The company’s DART Browser embodies this philosophy in practice, enabling local summarization, fact-checking, and content generation without sending data to external clouds.
