Sarah Frustié
Ecotherapist, Forest Guide, Nature Retreat Facilitator and Holistic Counsellor
Sarah Frustié is a bilingual ecotherapist, holistic counsellor, and forest guide, working between the Adelaide Hills, Australia, and France, Europe. Since 2015, she has supported people across France, the UK, Southern Asia, and Australia in diverse roles, including humanitarian project management, disability services, homelessness and prostitution support, social work, aged and palliative care, and eco-psychotherapy.
With a deep commitment to those in caring professions, Sarah now helps clients navigate burnout, reduce chronic stress, and reconnect with themselves through a sacred connection with the natural world. Drawing on ecotherapy, deep ecology, mindfulness, trauma-informed, inclusive, and whole-person approaches, she creates safe, immersive experiences that blend walk-and-talk therapy, forest bathing, nature retreats, and guided nature-led exercises to nurture emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
A lifelong student of the Earth, Sarah combines professional expertise with a lived understanding of nature’s transformative power. She has facilitated workshops, retreats, and masterclasses on ecopsychology and ecotherapy, offering practical tools to bring the healing benefits of the outdoors into everyday life. She is also the co-author of The Greenbloods: Guiding Us Home, a nature-based storytelling book.
Through her practice, Sarah invites clients to slow down, tune into their inner landscape, and rediscover vitality and belonging in the living world. Her mission is simple: to guide people back to themselves, through nature, in ways that are nourishing, sustainable, safe, sacred, slow, and deeply transformative.
