Samantha Williams began her career in Ophthalmology as a certified technician interested in the medical field and positional growth. She made her way up the ladder from billing, to surgical coordinator to manging an office at the age of 23. After retiring from the field to grow her family, she reimagined the medical field in a digital style. In a rapidly evolving digital world Samantha created Interconnections with a simple mission: to humanize healthcare through strategic content that builds trust, drives engagement and supports practice growth. As referrals began pouring in, Samantha quickly recognized a significant gap in social media support within the medical community. This realization prompted her to begin building a team to keep pace with growing demand. With a presence in over 16 locations across the country, Samantha now sees a clear global need for solutions her company provides; proving that impactful strategic social media support in healthcare isn't a luxury, but a necessity worldwide. Samantha is currently developing a podcast platform specifically for her medical clients, giving them a space to share their stories, highlight their expertise and showcase the unique value of their practices.
