Sam Dyllon's journey into yoga began in 2014, where she discovered the transformative power of the practice. After years of dedicated personal practice, Sam completed her teacher training in 2019 with Frog Lotus Yoga International, deepening her understanding of yoga's physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.
 
Sam's classes emphasise the importance of mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. She is particularly passionate about yoga nidrā, a guided relaxation technique that promotes deep rest and stress reduction. With a focus on accessibility and inclusivity, Sam strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
 
Sam's ultimate goal is to share the transformative power of yoga with the world, whether through in-person classes or online platforms. Sam's dedication to her craft and her ability to create a welcoming and supportive space for students make her a valuable asset to the yoga community.
