Rashmi Gajree
Registered Nutritionist
Rashmi Gajree is a Registered Nutritionist and the founder of Rashmi Nutrition, specialising in helping women in their 40s and 50s who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in the diet cycle. After experiencing her own struggles with energy, cravings, and confidence while juggling a high-pressure corporate career, Rashmi discovered the power of simple, evidence-based nutrition strategies that truly work for real women with real lives.
Today, she uses her signature Sexy Switch framework to help women balance their blood sugar, improve energy, lose weight sustainably, and reconnect with their confidence — without restrictive diets or complicated rules. Her approach focuses on small, achievable changes that fit seamlessly into busy schedules, allowing clients to feel in control of their health rather than controlled by it.
Rashmi’s work is grounded in compassion, clarity, and practical action. She believes every woman deserves to feel sexy, energised, and fully herself again, and her programmes are designed to support that transformation step by step. Through coaching, education, and evidence-based guidance, she empowers women to rebuild their energy, regulate their hormones, and finally experience freedom from the cravings, fatigue, and frustration that have held them back for years.
Her mission is simple: to help women wake up with energy, feel confident in their clothes, and enjoy a lifestyle that feels easy, enjoyable, and sustainable.
