Pippa Rauch

Industrial Psychologist and Transition Coach

Pippa Rauch is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and Coach who works with ambitious professionals navigating change, transition and the often complex process of becoming. With a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, her work is grounded in psychology while remaining deeply human, practical and strengths-based.

Throughout her career, Pippa has worked across coaching, leadership development, organisational consulting and psychometric assessment, supporting individuals and organisations across a range of industries and contexts. Today, much of her work focuses on the human experience of change: the uncertainty, identity shifts and internal patterns that often emerge when the way we have been living or working no longer quite fits.

Her areas of interest include self-trust, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional regulation, courage, identity and meaningful career and life transitions. Rather than focusing only on what someone should do next, Pippa helps people slow down and understand what may be happening beneath the surface — their emotions, internal narratives, strengths, values and patterns — before considering how they want to move forward.

Her approach integrates psychological insight, mindfulness, self-compassion, character strengths and tools such as the Enneagram to help people develop greater self-awareness and make intentional, courageous changes in their lives and work.

Central to Pippa’s philosophy is the belief that we do not need to have everything figured out in order to move forward. Meaningful change can begin with learning to trust ourselves, becoming more comfortable with uncertainty and taking one small, courageous step at a time.

Through her coaching, speaking and writing, Pippa hopes to create space for more honest conversations about change and becoming — helping people ask themselves meaningful questions, rather than constantly question themselves.
