The firm converts “AI hype” into measurable wins—cutting repetitive work, sharpening decision-making, and freeing up capital that clients often choose to reinvest in people. Insights gained on the consulting floor flow straight back into HoT’s curricula, ensuring trainees master the tools employers are actually deploying.
