Her personal work is rooted in marketing strategy, brand storytelling, consultancy, campaign planning, and event collaborations. Through her leadership at El Brand, she also guides a team of creatives, developers, and digital specialists who support brands across social media, website development, SEO, AI visibility, and digital campaign execution.
 
As a Filipino founder in Singapore, Paula brings a cross-border lens to her work. She writes about brand stories, marketing trends, cross-border experiences, and the people behind brands. Her perspective is shaped by the belief that every business carries a story worth telling, but how it is positioned, translated, and shared determines how far it travels.
