Olga Konstantinidou
Chartered Clinical Psychologist
Olga Konstantinidou has always been fascinated by the contradictions within human nature: how someone can appear successful yet feel inadequate, seem strong while struggling privately, or understand a pattern intellectually and still feel unable to change it. This curiosity drew her to psychology and continues to shape how she works today.
Olga is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Director and mental health leader with over a decade of experience across private practice, healthcare and corporate environments. As Clinical Director of Science & Creativity Ltd, she provides psychotherapy, psychological assessment, clinical supervision, training and medico-legal services. Her previous senior roles include Head of Psychological Services, Mental Health Services Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
Her expertise spans trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, personality-related patterns, relationships and perfectionism. She has a particular interest in the hidden psychological pressures carried by professionals and high achievers—people who may look composed and capable from the outside while privately wrestling with self-doubt, emotional disconnection or the persistent feeling that they are never quite enough.
Drawing on Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, Olga works beyond labels and surface-level symptoms. She helps people understand how earlier experiences, emotional needs and relationships can quietly shape the way they think, feel and respond in the present. Her approach combines scientific rigour with warmth, curiosity and practical insight, empowering individuals and professionals to move beyond limiting patterns and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Alongside her clinical practice, Olga has extensive experience in psychological leadership, clinical governance, service development, professional training and the supervision of mental health practitioners. She previously led specialist Dialectical Behaviour Therapy programmes for individuals with complex needs, including an adapted programme that received the APT Award for Excellence in DBT.
Through her writing, Olga brings psychology out of the consulting room and into everyday life. She explores the patterns beneath anxiety, achievement, identity and relationships, translating complex psychological ideas into insights that feel relevant, practical and deeply human. Her mission is simple: psychology should do more than explain why we are stuck—it should help us move toward more authentic, connected and fulfilling way of living.
