Nicolette Dalhamer is a trauma-informed mental health and substance use recovery coach, keynote speaker, and Founder of Evolve 2gether, a company dedicated to advancing the trauma-informed care movement on a national level. Her work focuses on redefining recovery by addressing the underlying connection between trauma and addiction.

With over a decade of experience in education and extensive work in the mental health and substance use disorder (MH/SUD) field, Nicolette combines professional expertise with lived experience to deliver impactful, results-driven care. She is the creator of the E.V.O.L.V.E. Trauma-Informed Recovery Method: Evidence-Based Trauma-to-Addiction Framework, a proprietary curriculum designed to bridge the gap between clinical theory and real-world application.
As a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor Assistant (CDCA II) and Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), she has supported hundreds of individuals in achieving sustainable recovery and long-term transformation. Her integrative approach blends evidence-based practices with holistic modalities to support deep, root-level healing.

In addition to her clinical and coaching work, Nicolette is a sought-after speaker and the host of the podcast Evolution by Nikki.
