Leadership & Change Advisor | Governance SME
Netis Kennedy is a Leadership & Change Advisor and Governance SME with three decades of experience across complex, regulated and high-pressure environments. Her career has included senior leadership, governance and transformation roles across organisations including Crédit Agricole, Santander, Nationwide, BACB and Ghana International Bank, with experience spanning governance, financial crime, risk, regulatory remediation, controls and organisational change.
She has led teams, developed practical training, strengthened governance and delivered transformation through significant regulatory scrutiny, including s166 and VREQ environments. Netis combines this practitioner experience with professional qualifications in banking and compliance, including ICA, CISI and Institute of Bankers credentials, alongside advanced development in coaching, behavioural change and human performance.
Today, her work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, conduct, governance and organisational change. She helps leaders and organisations build the capability, capacity and judgement needed to navigate complexity, make better decisions and create healthier, more accountable cultures. Her approach combines strategic advisory, coaching, facilitation, practical training and systems thinking.
A central focus of her work is maturing the next generation of leadership — developing leaders who can balance performance with humanity, governance with judgement, accountability with trust and strategic ambition with practical execution.
Netis is the founder of Netis Austin Horizons Ltd, where her work is grounded in a simple principle: Find the thread. Make the change.
