He is also the Pastor of One Ministries in New York City, where he has spent over two decades helping people integrate faith, mindfulness, and practical life principles. As Director of Urban Yogis, he has helped bring mindfulness, movement, and wellness practices into underserved communities, senior centers, shelters, schools, and community organizations.
