Naomi Pereira

Career and Leadership Coach

Naomi Pereira is an Australian ICF-accredited career and leadership coach with over 15 years' experience as a senior HR leader across financial services and media in the UK and Asia-Pacific. She holds a Master's in Human Resource Management. Her coaching practice, N.Pathcoaching, was born from what she saw and felt – during more than a decade spent on the inside of some of the most demanding corporate environments.

Naomi sits at the intersection of people and business strategy in her role as Strategic people partner, advising executives on workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change. She has a front-row seat to how careers are built, how leaders are chosen, and how the unwritten rules of corporate life shape who rises and who stays stuck. She also empathises with the quieter side – the self-doubt that even the most senior leaders carry, the weight of expectation that comes with corporate success, and the toll it takes on authenticity, self-belief, and wellbeing.

It was a pattern she recognised in herself. Early in her career, Naomi was a quiet achiever – someone who delivered results but stayed in the background, watching others climb with a confidence she hadn't yet found in herself. Over time, she learned that confidence isn't something people are born with; it's something they build, often by confronting the very barriers the corporate world creates through labels, hierarchy, and cultures that reward performance over people.

That realisation became the foundation of N.Pathcoaching. Naomi works with mid-career professionals and emerging leaders who are navigating the challenges they quietly carry along their own career path – the ones that don't make it into performance reviews but profoundly shape potential. Self-doubt. A difficult manager. Burnout. Organisational change that leaves people questioning their next step. These are the moments where an insider's perspective makes a difference, and Naomi brings exactly that: a practical understanding of how organisations really work, paired with thought-provoking coaching tools that help clients see their situation clearly and move forward with confidence.

Her approach is grounded, empathetic, and direct. She creates a safe space for clients to explore what's holding them back without judgement, and has a proven track record of helping people achieve transformational change – not by following someone else's path, but by finding their own.
