Myra Swan Kotze is an Executive Pressure Specialist, author, Industrial Psychology graduate and former Group Managing Director. She is the creator of Accumulated Executive Pressure™ and founder of Elevated Woman, a deliberately intimate private practice for women in senior corporate leadership.

Myra’s work is grounded in decades of leadership experience and a deeply personal understanding of what it takes to remain capable, composed and responsible when the weight of leadership is largely invisible to everyone around you.

She knows that successful women rarely stop functioning when pressure becomes too much. They continue to lead, make decisions, protect their teams and deliver what is expected of them. From the outside, they still appear strong. Yet their bodies may be telling a very different story.

Myra created Accumulated Executive Pressure™ to give language to the pressure that gathers through years of sustained responsibility. It is not simply a demanding week or a difficult season. It is what remains when the moment has passed, the work has been delivered and the woman has never truly had the opportunity to release what she carried through it.
