Monique Mason is a healthcare leader, nursing home administrator, motivational speaker, and founder of Her Vision LLC. With a career built in one of the highest-pressure corners of healthcare, she has learned firsthand what it takes to lead through staffing shortages, regulatory demands, and daily decisions that carry real consequences for the people in her care.

Monique's path to leadership was not a straight line. Early in her career, she was told directly that she was not built for the role she was working toward. Rather than let that assessment define her, she pushed forward, ultimately becoming one of the top-performing administrators at that very organization and leading her team to a Bronze Award for leadership excellence. Along the way, she has also navigated deep personal hardship, including a season of job loss with no financial safety net, and years earlier, working and attending school while pregnant and caring for a sick family member. Those experiences shaped the message she now shares on stages across the country.

Through Her Vision LLC, Monique speaks and writes on leadership, resilience, purpose, and personal growth, with a particular focus on helping women and emerging leaders move from simply surviving their circumstances to intentionally building from them. She is the creator of the See Her Vision framework and is currently writing a book by the same name.

Monique has spoken at colleges, addressed graduating seniors at a Christian school, and served on professional panels. Her core belief drives everything she does: your circumstances may be part of your story, but they do not get to determine your future.
