Michelle Le Roux
Human Behaviour Strategist
Michelle le Roux is a Human Behaviour Strategist, Executive Coach, and founder of Resolu, a consultancy dedicated to decoding the patterns that shape behaviour, performance, and results. Her work helps individuals adapt faster to change and complexity, navigate and resolve conflict effectively, and build greater resilience and capacity by decoding and developing the elements that truly drive behaviour.
With over eight years and 1,000+ hours of experience, Michelle works with executives, leadership teams, and individuals across South Africa and abroad, guiding them from conflict to collaboration, self-doubt to self-awareness, and reactive patterns to purposeful action. At the heart of her work lies a deep conviction: "The future of performance is human. As artificial intelligence reshapes what we do, the organisations and individuals who decode and develop what truly drives human behaviour will be the ones who lead it."
By developing the self-awareness, emotional capacity, and behavioural intelligence needed to navigate difference well, Michelle and her team help organisations turn diversity, across personality, background, culture, and experience, from complexity into a competitive advantage.
Drawing on the Enneagram, Neurolinguistic Programming, and CBT, alongside a deep understanding of the gut, mind, and limbic emotional brain, she decodes what truly drives behaviour, leadership style, and team culture.
Michelle holds a BA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, an iEQ9 Level 1 and Level 2 Accreditation in the Integrative Enneagram, and a CELTA from the University of Cambridge. Her background as an English teacher to foreign language speakers further shaped her belief in and passion for diversity.
Her understanding of human complexity runs deeper than theory. As a wife, mother of three, and an advocate for young women navigating unwanted pregnancy, Michelle has witnessed firsthand the resilience woven into human nature, and how competently navigating tension and complexity with courage and faith develops the self-awareness, emotional capacity, and mental resilience that become our greatest strategic advantage.
She also offers The Integration Journey, a signature online short course guiding individuals through deconstructing their limiting ego strategies and stepping into a more clearly defined, aligned identity. "I lead, mentor, and create spaces for change and transformation at the intersection of work, personal relationships, and social impact."
