It is in living life that we learn. The ups and downs, highs and lows have taught us all what is good for us and what is not. Oh if it were only that simple! We often know what is off, what is not working but how to effect change that is wanted, that is the unknown.
 
In working one on one with individuals for 25 years as a hypnotherapist and craniotherapist, Mary Welp has seen the struggle to wish for better patterns in our lives but not know how to access those shifts. Mary's clients have shown her that through a guided meditation/self-hypnosis process, where we relax deeply and go inward through our senses, our true programming can be addressed.
 
Mary has learned these truths from her clients but also from her life experiences. Being a mother of 2, and grandmother she has had her own struggles as well as witnessed her families' growth through challenge. None of us is spared, but we can be more present to our struggles and learn how to soften their impact.
 
Mary has worked with many different populations of people with this technique. She was a member of the board for LinkUp, an organization helping victims of clergy abuse, as well as soldiers who served in Iraq and Aphganistan. Maker's Mark Distillery and many other community centers and organizations have enlisted Mary's help with their members as well. Mary's goal in life is to equip individuals with necessary tools and techniques to feel more comfortable in their bodies and to be more present to their lives.
