Empowerment & Strategy Coach for Women

Mary Eldridge, LISW, LCSW, is a Trauma Therapist and Empowerment & Strategy Coach for Professional Women who helps high-achieving women recover from toxic jobs and professional burnout. Mary has extensive professional experience in the fields of higher education, government, and healthcare, where she has worked closely with hundreds of women building long-lasting, empowering transformations rooted in self-confidence, self-trust, and healing. As the founder of Mind to Thrive and creator of her signature program, the Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator, Mary equips women with all the tools they need to navigate workplaces that thrive on overwork, gaslighting, and dismissal while helping them reclaim their identity, voice, and power over their careers.

Mary understands the toll of a toxic workplace firsthand, how it erodes confidence, fuels guilt, and convinces even the most capable professionals that they are the problem. Rather than pushing the harmful narrative of "have a thicker skin", she exposes the systemic issues that leave women undervalued and overextended. Her programs blend trauma-informed strategies, neuroscience, and concrete empowerment tools to help women regulate their nervous systems, recognize dynamics of power and control in workplaces, and set unshakable boundaries, including expectations for compensation, credit, and promotions.

The Toxic Job Recovery Accelerator is specifically designed for professional women who feel invisible, skipped for promotions, or burned out by the constant pressure to overperform and prioritize the organization over their own well-being. Inside the program, they learn how to regulate stress responses, interrupt the burnout cycle, and navigate career crossroads with clarity. They gain the skills to advocate for themselves without guilt, reconnect with their needs, and begin shaping careers that reflect their true value and contributions.

Mary bridges her dual background as a licensed therapist and strategy coach by blending her therapeutic insight with action-oriented, focused coaching so women don't just feel validated, they walk away with scripts, self-regulation techniques, and concrete steps for reclaiming their careers. Her approach is trauma-informed, practical, and empowering, meeting women where they are while guiding them toward lasting transformation.

Mary's mission is clear: to help ambitious professional women trapped in toxic workplaces stop questioning their worth, trust themselves again, and create careers filled with meaning, fulfillment, balance, freedom, and fair compensation.
