Marquisa S. Nash is the Founder of The HR Savant, a strategic executive advisory and coaching practice dual-based in Brussels, Belgium, and the United States. Her work activates leaders and organizations to navigate transition and complex change.
 
A senior HR executive with more than two decades inside global organizations, including Eaton, Honeywell, BASF, and Haworth, a global family-owned enterprise, she has led across industries as different as power management, aerospace, chemicals, and workspace design. That range taught her which leadership problems are universal and which are local, and it is the foundation of her practice today.
 
The HR Savant is the evolution of that career, expressed in four ways: how she leads, advises, governs, and coaches. Her clients face a consistent set of challenges: the leader in transition and the role are misaligned, the high-potential leader is not yet ready, the senior team is not aligned, or the organization is navigating complexity with a misaligned people strategy. Across all of it runs one conviction: the internal work of leadership is the foundation of everything external.
 
She advises CEOs, senior executives, boards, founders, and entrepreneurs, and steps inside companies as a fractional HR executive. Her thinking is her own, shaped by many schools rather than owned by one, and she brings a mediator's neutrality to rooms where a CEO, a board, and a senior team may each see the situation differently.
 
Marquisa holds a Masters in Organization Development. She specializes in executive transitions and is a Maxwell Leadership certified coach, speaker, and trainer, with additional accreditations across organizational, executive, leadership, and team coaching, as well as international workplace mediation. Her toolkit also includes Hogan Assessments, Prosci change management, and International Coaching Federation membership.

She serves on the executive board of the American Club of Brussels as Secretary, is a member of the Human Capital and Talent Committee of AmCham Belgium, and belongs to European Women on Boards and the Boardroom. Every relationship begins the same way, with a conversation.
