In the extraordinary journey of my life, I encountered a defining moment in 1994 when a Traumatic Brain Injury during my service in the Army altered my path. The aftermath saw me grappling with Depression and Anxiety, eventually leading to diagnoses of PTSD and Bipolar Disorder, causing immense challenges not just for myself but also for my loved ones.

Recently, I proudly penned my debut book, "Experiencing God's Love Through The Gifts and Healing Powers of the Holy Spirit: A Personal Story About Overcoming Adversity Through Faith, Hope and Love," available in various formats. Within its pages, I candidly share how my unwavering faith and reliance on God's guidance through the Holy Spirit helped me triumph over the daily struggles of mental illness.

Today, my mission is clear - to offer support to individuals navigating mental health battles, with a special focus on fellow Veterans and their families contending with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Self-Harm ideation. My advocacy extends beyond personal narratives; it aims to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health issues while highlighting the urgent need for enhanced training for law enforcement dealing with such cases. Through my nonprofit organization, Holy Spirit Ministry Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to strengthen their spiritual bonds, nurture inner peace, and lead lives filled with authenticity and purpose.
