Malgorzata is a strategic finance and operations executive with over 20 years of international experience across the pharmaceutical, automotive, and Big Four audit sectors. She has led Finance and Operations for publicly listed and private equity-backed organizations, driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and strategic growth.
 
Her work has taken her to Paris, London, and the United States, and she has collaborated with teams in Japan, India, and Australia: experiences that have shaped her global mindset and strategic vision.
 
Today, Malgorzata advises companies going through transformation, including periods of growth, acquisition, or preparation for market entry. She works with leadership teams and boards on strengthening governance, managing risk, and building clear, effective decision-making structures. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and boards, known for her strategic, data-driven approach and strong communication skills.
 
Beyond her professional life, Malgorzata is a mother of three daughters who have shared her journey of living, learning, and working across countries and continents. These experiences have shaped their values, teaching them to stay open, appreciate opportunities, and face life’s challenges with strength and resilience.
 
Malgorzata holds a PhD from Télécom SudParis (Institut Mines-Télécom) and is a Chartered & Certified Accountant (ACCA). She is a member of the Private Directors Association® where she serves on the Program and Education Committee.
