Malak ElShazly is a UK-certified, trauma-informed somatic coach specializing in nervous system regulation, embodied emotional processing, and restoring a sense of safety and agency in the body. Her work is grounded in evidence-informed somatic practices and highlights the essential role of the mind–body connection in emotional health and regulation.

She works as a freelance coach offering 1:1 sessions both independently and through digital platforms, and teaches somatic practices in studio settings with small and large groups. Malak emphasizes the use of simple, daily habits to strengthen mind–body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and help individuals complete emotional cycles in healthy, sustainable ways.
