Louise Rachael Mwape Miller

Founder, CEO, Author and Wellbeing Writing Coach

Louise Rachael Mwape Miller is a wellbeing and writing coach, author, and the founder and CEO of Jemoza Wellbeing Academy, a platform dedicated to helping individuals heal, rediscover their identity, and step into purpose through faith, mindset transformation, and creative expression.

Following a major sickle cell trait crisis in 2020, which left her temporarily disabled and navigating severe health complications, Louise’s life took a profound and unexpected turn. What began as a personal journey of survival and self-expression evolved into global advocacy, as she uncovered a wider community of symptomatic carriers whose lived experiences challenged traditional medical understanding.

With roots spanning Zambia and Morocco, she brings a rich and diverse perspective to her work, shaped by both cultural depth and lived experience. With a background as a Holistic Massage and Wellbeing Therapist, alongside experience in healthcare administrative and clinical laboratory settings, Louise brings a deeply integrative approach to her work. She combines practical tools such as journaling, breathwork, and mindset coaching with spiritual grounding principles rooted in a Biblical perspective.

She is the author of multiple books, including Symptomatic: Life of A Sickle Cell Carrier – An Invisible Disability – My Story, which became an Amazon bestseller. Often referred to simply as “Mwape Miller,” she has become a recognized voice within the sickle cell trait community. Her work has since expanded into structured programs, including her writing course and the Exiting Egypt healing framework, with further courses and resources in development.

Through Jemoza Wellbeing Academy, Louise supports individuals globally in navigating healing, overcoming internal limitations, and using their stories as a catalyst for transformation. Her mission is to create a holistic ecosystem that promotes healing on every level—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual—while contributing to greater awareness, advocacy, and long-term impact.
