Loann Phoenix is a business coach, strategist, and the founder of Gifted Impact™. She helps entrepreneurs and leaders to uncover their Innate Gifts and leverage their natural brilliance in their work, leadership and businesses, leading to a more inspired and fulfilling life.

With over 15 years of experience in international business development and cross-border trade, she has a proven track record of navigating complex growth, including scaling a startup from 8 to 50 under two years, resulting in a successful acquisition. Her leadership and experience spans across market entry strategies, scaling businesses, building teams and departments, designing systems, and advising entrepreneurs and investors across multiple markets.

Loann is an expert on helping purpose-driven founders move from "performing success" to leading with Natural Authority. Drawing from her own experience as the oldest child in an immigrant family, Loann understands the "conventional script" of high achievement and the pressure to meet external expectations. Her work is a response to the exhaustion of performing confidence and the misalignment that occurs when work or business is built on learned skills only, rather than internal integrity. Through the proprietary Gifted Impact Framework, she helps founders uncover 5-8 Innate Gifts with proof and translates them into aligned business strategies, resonating Offers, and supportive workflows.

Loann’s POV is that in a world where AI and generic tactics are easily replicated, a founder’s natural authority is their true competitive advantage. She works with entrepreneurs to realign their offers, workflows and sales positioning around their unique ways of creating value. This shift moves the business from a structure to be performed for, into a vehicle fueled by the founder’s innate gifts and authentic presence.

Based in Quebec, Canada and working with a global clientele, Loann is also a workshop facilitator and speaker on human value in the age of AI, leadership, and the power of presence. Her insights have been featured by McGill University, Salesforce, or ScotiaBank Incubator Programs to name a few.

Outside of work, Loann enjoys having a cup of coffee with desserts while engaging in deep conversations or sharing 'aha' moments. She frequently invites others to join her in monthly gatherings or on a documented conversion on her podcast, Real People Everyday Spirituality.
