Loann Phoenix is a Career and Business Coach and the Founder of Gifted Impact™, a methodology centred on a crucial distinction: the difference between Skills and Gifts. Skills make you competent. Your Natural Gifts move people.

Skills are developed through training and experience. Gifts are the innate and natural ways a person creates value, connects with others, and leaves a lasting impression. When someone leads from their Gifts, their work becomes energising rather than draining, and the impact they create becomes an experience that is felt and remembered. When one operates from skills alone, even the most accomplished professionals can find themselves feeling empty, burned out, or invisible despite their credentials.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Canada, Loann followed the conventional script and navigated her career through the lens of what she was taught and trained to do, until she reached a breaking point of complete disconnection. That pivotal moment sent her inward, ultimately reconnecting her with gifted abilities that would guide every professional decision that followed. It guided her to do things her former self would not have thought possible, most notably scaling a startup from 8 to 50 employees in just two years, culminating in a successful acquisition. The milestone mattered, but the greatest reward was the lasting impact she left on the people she led and worked with.

She then developed Gifted Impact™, a unique methodology designed to distinguish between "learned skills" and "innate gifts" to create a meaningful and lasting impact in their authentic ways.

Today, Loann works with career transitioners, entrepreneurs, and wellness professionals globally to help them identify their Gifts, align their strategy with how they are wired to create value, and grow in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and truly impactful. She is also a speaker and workshop facilitator on topics including human value in the age of AI, the power of presence, and leadership through innate abilities. She remains dedicated to the belief that leading from one's gifts is the ultimate human edge.
