Strategic Consultant & Coach
Léké Adebayo has a multifaceted career as a Strategic Consultant, Communications Trainer, and Executive Coach. He is also an Actor, Screenwriter, and Producer (of his own materials).
A former corporate lawyer in the City of London, Léké now operates a portfolio career at the intersection of Corporate Transactions, Investment Funds, Learning & Development, and Media Entertainment.
HISTORY & TRACK RECORD
In his capacity as a Consultant, Léké has worked for clients in Africa, the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East, providing strategic advice, incubating numerous projects, and training C-Suite officers and other executives across many international organizations.
Léké's media and entertainment work comprises acting, screenwriting, and producing.
As an Actor, he has secured roles on BBC2, Channel 4, Sky, and HBO, performing alongside the likes of Steve Coogan (Alan Partridge), Damson Idris, Kate Beckinsale (Farming), Matt Smith (Moses Jones), Hugh Laurie (Avenue 5), and Samson Kayo & Jane Horrocks (Bloods).
As a Writer, his screenplays have been read and positively assessed by Hollywood reader companies. Léké is now in the early stages of production development with respect to his scripts.
In 2012, as part of his role as a consultant, Léké accompanied a client (Protimos) to the Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City. Protimos, a member of the CGI, is an organisation that seeks to legally empower disadvantaged and exploited communities in the developing world.
In 2013, he formed a strategic alliance with the specialist international firm Commercium Africa Limited to provide market entry services for international companies, businesses, and other organisations seeking to enter the Nigerian market.
In 2014, Léké became a personal communications expert with PCA Global (www.pca-global.com), an outfit that uses experiential training to instill outcome-based personal communication skills in executives across the legal, financial, and business sectors. In this capacity, he has worked with executives in the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Africa.
In 2015, Léké attended the Founders Forum Tech Summit in NYC, a major convener of Founders, Investors, and other Stakeholders.
In 2016, he hosted a business summit about Africa on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in NYC and MC’d an Arts Global event at Sotheby’s London to raise funds for African artists.
In September 2020, Léké began consulting with Launch Africa Ventures (the most active tech startup venture capital firm on the continent) as an Outreach and Business Development Consultant.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
In 2018, Léké qualified as a Life Coach with Animas Coaching and, in 2019, as an Executive Coach with the same organisation.
In 2021, he became a C-Suite Leadership Coach, also training with Animas.
In 2000, Léké qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.

1995 to 1996: Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (UK).
1992 to 1993: LLM in Commercial and International Law from Bristol University (UK).
1989 to 1992: BA in Law and Latin from Keele University (UK).
