Lauren Coll is an Authenticity Expert, coach, speaker, writer, and founder of Lauren Coll Coaching. She is the creator of the UNMUTED Method, a transformational framework that helps women reconnect with who they truly are beneath expectations, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the roles they've learned to perform.

After years of building a successful corporate leadership career while navigating motherhood and her own personal growth journey, Lauren realized that many women weren't lacking confidence—they had simply become disconnected from themselves. That realization became the foundation of her work.

Today, Lauren helps women rediscover their voice, trust themselves again, and create lives, careers, and businesses that reflect who they truly are rather than who they believe they're expected to be. Lauren is also the host of Lo's Couch, a podcast where honest conversations about authenticity, identity, self-leadership, motherhood, personal growth, and mindset invite women to feel seen, challenged, and inspired to live more fully as themselves.
