Kirsten Hemmer
Certified Resilience Health Coach
Kirsten Hemmer is a Jay Shetty Certified Resilience Health Coach who has gone through many different health challenges herself. She helps people with mental or physical health challenges build resilience by finding greater strength and love from within. She personally understands how vulnerable and difficult it can feel to face health challenges.
She believes in creating a safe, supportive listening space for all of her clients, showing empathy and understanding for every emotion that is shared. Kirsten believes that life is shaped by perspective, and that we can think more positively when we choose to. When health challenges are viewed through a more positive lens, they can help build greater confidence and inner strength.
Gaining confidence and strength brings deeper awareness of who you are and what you truly desire in life. By taking actionable steps toward the life you want, you will not only find more joy in your life, but also within yourself. She believes that greater self-love leads to a more fulfilling and meaningful life and that everyone deserves that.
Kirsten also enjoys sharing her own story about the various health challenges she has faced in her life. She believes that sharing her authentic story helps support others who are also experiencing health challenges.
